TEDxLoyolaMarymountU:

 Learning from every angle.

360° describes a whole circle.

360° is a full revolution, a sum of parts.

360° is at once, both cyclical and reflective.

Therefore, when TEDxLMU thinks 360°, we think of educating the whole person; incorporating every part of our society; innovating from every perspective; we think of life-long learning in every space of life and community.

On Saturday, May 2, 2015, we challenge you to take a 360° look at the complex issues we face everyday, open yourself to new ideas, new ways of thinking, and challenge yourself to learn from every angle.

What is TEDx?

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxLoyolaMarymountU, where x=independently organized TED event. At our TEDxLoyolaMarymountU event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
